I’m not your average therapist…I have a unique and relatable approach to therapy. You will feel validated, understood, safe, and supported. I am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional. CBT is one of my specialties, therefore, you will have tangible skills to utilize outside of sessions.

I’m passionate about supporting individuals and families on their journey toward healing and growth. My approach is warm, collaborative, and empowering — I believe that everyone has the ability to build resilience, strengthen relationships, and become the best version of themselves.
In my work, I help clients manage challenges related to anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and relationship issues, as well as personal, social, and emotional development. I bring a balance of empathy, curiosity, humor, and creativity into sessions, meeting each person with respect and patience.
My clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults in both individual and group settings. I collaborate closely with clients to explore their goals, build healthy coping skills, and create lasting positive change.
I value the importance of creating a safe, supportive space where you can share openly and feel truly understood.
